Receiving your order

Maximum 48 hours handling time in our warehouse

Our delivery time starts from the moment an order is accepted and includes a 24 hour period where your items will be processed and dispatched by our warehouse. Please note this may take up to 48 hours for shipments to be dispatched.

We normally do not ship on weekends or holidays.

Carriers

We use 2 different carriers:

UPS
USPS (United States Postal Services)

When using USPS carrier, we are not responsible for any loss or theft when the package has been delivered to the address with the tracking number as a proof of delivery.

Delivery times vary according to your selected delivery address and the time of day you place your order. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE for USPS or UPS shipping delays, if any delays should occur please contact your carrier directly.

Refund

Customers are allowed to return items for refund or exchange. Vmartgo requires such requests to be made not more than 30 days after delivery. Perishable products or items with shorter shelf life such as snacks, fresh groceries, and health supplements should be returned not more than seven days after delivery
